Tell us what happened

• Your browser name and version, device and operating system.
• The file format and approximate size, without sending the media itself.
• The steps you took, the result you expected and any error message.

Share screenshots only after removing personal information. Never send passwords or confidential content.

File or export problems

Try a current desktop browser and an MP4, MP3 or WAV file your browser can play. The current file limit is 250 MB. Choose an end time after the start time. Video rendering runs in real time; keep the tab open until it finishes. Export formats vary by browser.

Recording problems

Check your browser’s microphone permission and the selected input device. Stop other apps using the microphone. You can upload a recording instead.

What is currently available?

Audio trimming and WAV export, volume adjustment, peak normalization, rumble filtering, microphone recording, video trimming, vertical padding and manual captions. Automatic transcription and copyright recognition are not connected. The rights review records your own declaration; it is not a clearance certificate.

Lost work

Projects are not saved online. Download your result before closing or reloading the page.

Connect Facebook or Instagram

Open Connected accounts from the editor header. Sign in, then choose Connect Facebook or Connect Instagram. Both buttons use Meta’s Facebook login to select Pages and linked professional Instagram accounts. If setup is unavailable, no connection has been made. Direct publishing is not available yet.

Delete connected account data

Choose Disconnect beside a Page in Connected accounts. This deletes its account record and token from Media Studio. To revoke Meta authorization too, remove Social Studio from Facebook Business Integrations. For help deleting records email support@orbitandloom.com.
